Restaurant

Both our restaurant & bar are open to guests and the public. We are open from 08:00 in the morning till late in the evening. You can enjoy a full course meal, light meal or original farm breakfast. During summer - meals are served on the deck overlooking the river & during winter we create a cosy atmosphere by lighting the fireplace.

Natural Hiking Trails

Most hiking enthusiasts choose the Klein Karoo for hiking; the weather is perfect for most of the time, an abundance of unusual fauna & flora, such as succulent karoo, cape thicket and fynbos may also be seen on the trails. The clean air, vast open spaces and beautiful views are surely something not to be missed.

For the observant hiker - the klipspringer or black eagle which nests in the rocky cliffs of the resort may be spotted.

The River/ Waterfall
Enjoy lazy summer afternoons cooling off in the shady, secluded rock pools the river has to offer.

The river is also ideal for angling.

Quad Biking, Horse Riding, Mountain Biking & Donkey Cart rides

Other activities and interests include an animal farm for the children (and adults alike), Quadbiking (also available for hire), Horse riding and Donkey Cart rides and Mountain Biking (own bikes).

4x4 Routes

We also offer five 4 x 4 trails – designed for the beginner up to the more experienced driver. These trails range from grade 2 to 5 and occupy time frames from 3½ hours to 7 hours. Please book with reservation.

The clear night skies, silence and peacefulness makes a visit to this extraordinarily beautiful and serene farm more than a worthwhile experience.
